Not sure which category fits your situation?

I’m Bill Rance, Lending Solutions Architect at Ascend Capital Lending. I personally review borrower, property, and financing scenarios to help identify a practical place to begin.

My approach was shaped by service in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician, followed by an engineering education and career built around analyzing complex systems, finding the source of a problem, and developing workable solutions.

As a real-estate investor, I also understand financing from the borrower’s side—the importance of cash flow, project risk, timing, property condition, and a structure that supports the actual investment plan. That combination helps me look beyond a standard checklist and evaluate the full situation.
